Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last Updated: 27 August 2026
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, amendments and refunds are handled for travel services booked through Travel Path Holiday.
1. General Principle
Because Travel Path Holiday arranges services from different travel suppliers, cancellation conditions can vary significantly depending on the booking.
Refunds and cancellation charges are generally determined by:
- Supplier cancellation policy
- Fare or rate booked
- Booking terms accepted at confirmation
- Time remaining before travel
- Whether the service is refundable or non-refundable
- Applicable taxes and government charges
- Applicable Travel Path Holiday service or administrative charges
2. Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Travel Path Holiday through an official communication channel.
Email: info@travelpathholiday.com
Phone/WhatsApp: +91 78699 26222
A cancellation request may not be treated as confirmed until acknowledged by Travel Path Holiday.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some travel services may be completely or partially non-refundable.
Examples include:
- Non-refundable hotel rates
- Promotional fares
- Certain airline tickets
- Special package rates
- Advance-purchase bookings
- Certain activities
- Visa fees
- Government charges
- Certain supplier deposits
4. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges may include:
- Supplier cancellation penalties
- Airline cancellation charges
- Hotel cancellation charges
- Tour operator charges
- Visa or documentation charges
- Government taxes or fees that are non-refundable
- Payment gateway charges where applicable
- Travel Path Holiday service or administrative charges where applicable
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, Travel Path Holiday will generally process the refundable amount after receiving or confirming the applicable refund from the relevant supplier.
Processing times can vary.
6. Refund Method
Where possible, approved refunds will normally be made through the original payment method.
Travel Path Holiday may require verification of the customer’s bank or payment details where necessary.
7. Customer-Requested Amendments
Changes to an existing booking may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking depending on the supplier’s rules.
Additional costs may include fare differences, amendment fees, cancellation penalties and administrative/service charges.
8. Flight Cancellations or Schedule Changes
Where an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, available options will generally depend on the airline’s applicable policy.
Travel Path Holiday may assist customers with rebooking, credits or refunds where permitted.
9. Hotel Cancellations
Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and rate.
The policy applicable to the customer’s specific reservation will govern.
10. Package Bookings
For package bookings involving multiple components, cancellation may result in different charges for each component.
A refund for one component does not necessarily mean that the entire package is refundable.
11. Visa Fees
Visa application fees, government charges and certain documentation service charges may be non-refundable even if a visa is rejected, delayed or withdrawn.
Travel Path Holiday does not guarantee visa approval.
12. No-Show
If a traveller fails to arrive for a booked service without prior cancellation, the booking may be treated as a “No-Show”.
No-show charges may result in no refund.
13. Early Return or Unused Services
If a traveller voluntarily chooses not to use part of a confirmed itinerary, unused services are not automatically refundable.
14. Force Majeure
If a trip is affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, cancellation and refund options will depend on applicable suppliers and applicable law.
Travel Path Holiday will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in obtaining available alternatives, credits or refunds.
15. Service Fees
Where applicable, Travel Path Holiday may charge a service, processing or administrative fee for work already performed in connection with a booking.
16. Refund Exclusions
Refunds may not be available for:
- Non-refundable components
- Services already consumed
- No-show bookings
- Certain visa/government charges
- Supplier penalties
- Certain promotional bookings
- Payment processing charges where non-refundable
- Customer-requested services already provided
- Costs arising from incorrect traveller information supplied by the customer
17. Disputes Regarding Refunds
If you believe a refund has not been processed correctly, contact us with your booking reference and payment details.
We will review the booking and applicable supplier terms and communicate the outcome.
18. Important Notice
Customers should carefully review the cancellation conditions applicable to their specific quotation or booking before making payment.
Where the booking confirmation contains specific cancellation conditions, those conditions will apply to the relevant booking, subject to applicable law.
